The idea: Get all the leadership program participants and other emerging and established leaders in one room, and see what happens.

Have you ever wish that you had the opportunity to meeting and visit with other emerging and established leaders in the Greater Portland-Vancouver region?

EMERGE is an initiative of the Portland Business Alliance to build greater participation in its Leadership Portland program and build better connection between emerging and established leaders in the Greater Portland-Vancouver Region.

The EMERGE kick-off event is a reception scheduled for Monday, May 11th at the Gerding Theatre from 5-7 p.m.. It will be a good opportunity for emerging and established leaders to get connected. Groups of 6-10 people are organizing post-dinner receptions in local Portland restaurants. As of 4/24, 204 people registered for this event. Cost is $10 plus a donation of food for the Oregon Food Bank.

Join Other Regional Leadership Program Participants at EMERGE this May

Have you ever noticed that there are many leadership programs in the Portland metro area? Don’t you think it’s time we all met each other?

Well, join us this May 11, 5-7 p.m. at the Gerding Theater to meet, build relationships, friendships and connections among emerging and established leaders in the greater Portland-Vancouver region at an event called EMERGE. Click here to register and join us.

Attendees are encouraged to come and meet some new friends from other leadership programs in the region. In addition to the $10 cost, everyone is asked to bring a couple of cans of food to support the Oregon Business Hunger Initiative and the Oregon Food Bank. Additionally, attendees are encouraged to find a couple of other friends (emerging and established) from other parts of the region and get together for small group dinners around the Pearl District and other parts of Portland, and take advantage of this regional asset of great restaurants in Portland.
