About: Pam Knowles
Pamela S. Knowles (Stebbeds) currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Portland Business Alliance, greater Portland's Chamber of Commerce. As COO, Ms. Knowles oversees Legal Services, Finance, Membership, Administration and Communications. Prior to joining the Alliance in 2004, Ms. Knowles was a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, served as executive director of the Oregon Judicial Fitness Commission, and in leadership roles with various arts and community organizations. Pamela earned her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1983. She earned her undergraduate degree in 1977 from Oregon State University in History.
